Gett Strong Performance

Gett Strong Performance

About Us

Our training philosophy utilizes ground-based, multi-joint, tri-planar, sport-specific movements to decrease injury risk while increasing athletic ability. Our programming methodology incorporates all aspects of sports performance: strength, power, agility, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and mobility. We provide our athletes with the guidance, information, and resources necessary to make educated decisions regarding sports nutrition, recovery, and physical/psychological well-being, thereby empowering them to take ownership of their personal and athletic development.

We believe in “strengthening the individual”, which addresses two major components. Physically strong individuals perform better in their sport, enjoy longer careers, and incur fewer injuries. Individuals that possess strength of character serve society, enjoy success in life, and improve the lives of those around them. At Gett Strong Performance, we do everything possible to help develop boys and girls into young men and women that perform at the highest level possible in their sport and in their lives.

Free Strength Performance Training on Nov 15th.  10 AM - 12 PM at Palmer Catholic.

What To Expect

Our training sessions are designed to elevate all aspects of athleticism. Whether you’re aiming to gain speed, develop power, improve body control, or build durability, our programming supports your goals with an individualized, science-based approach.

· Speed & Agility Development Learn how to move efficiently and powerfully through sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, and change-of-direction work. These drills help athletes improve first-step quickness, lateral movement, and reactivity in game situations.

· Strength & Power Training Athletes follow a progression of foundational and sport-specific lifts to build total-body strength and explosive power that transfers directly to competition.

· Performance Testing & Evaluation Regular assessments allow us to track progress across speed, strength, agility, and power. The results provide benchmarks to monitor development and guide program adjustments throughout the training cycle.
