Overview
Throughout the season, we offer small group training sessions and camps led by different Blue Heat coaches. Small group trainings are intentionally kept small—12 to 18 athletes max—to provide focused skill development and more individual instruction from some of the top trainers in North Florida.
Below is the current training information. Additional sessions may be added as the season progresses.
After years of offering broad skill sessions, we are shifting to a more specialized, season-long small group training model. Due to high demand and the success of last year’s program with Ethan, we are expanding the format to offer deeper, more consistent development opportunities at a lower per-session cost.

BIO
My name is Jade Phillips, a former Division I, Syracuse and UNC-Charlotte, and international professional basketball player with six years of experience competing in top European leagues in Portugal and France. Throughout my basketball journey, I have had the privilege of developing within championship-caliber collegiate and professional programs, where I gained invaluable experience in leadership, teamwork, discipline, and high-level competition.
My playing career exposed me to diverse coaching styles, advanced player development systems, and elite competition, providing me with a deep understanding of the game from both a strategic and developmental perspective. These experiences have shaped my approach to coaching and mentoring, allowing me to effectively teach the fundamentals while helping athletes build confidence, improve performance, and develop a strong basketball IQ.
I am passionate about coaching and mentoring young athletes, creating an environment that emphasizes skill development, accountability, character, and personal growth. I believe the lessons learned through sports extend far beyond the court, teaching resilience, leadership, communication, and perseverance. My mission is to help athletes reach their full potential both as basketball players and as individuals by providing guidance, encouragement, and the tools necessary for long-term success.
Drawing from my experiences as a Division I student-athlete and international professional, I am committed to inspiring the next generation of players and helping them achieve their goals while fostering a lifelong love for the game.
